IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS

Our office have dispose of all the implements and licenses needed to the e-company procedures. This process simplifies, speeds up and not at least makes cheaper the foundation and other procedures (for example: change-registration) of a firm.

The essence of the simplified e-company procedures:

- The accomplished, signed constitutive documents and other papers will be given in via e-mail to the authorized registry court.

- The deed of association should be created after the formula included in the act about the arbitral company procedures. The form should not be complemented and it’s not possible to leave any of its arrangements.

- The duty of the process is 15,000 Ft (generally), which must be paid during bank transfer.

- In the case of this simplified e-company procedures there is no possibility supplying a deficiency, but within 8 days we can give in the papers again, if there is a possible dismissal by the registry court.

- After preparing the documents and papers needed to the company procedures, the subscription will be taken place at an agreed appointment, with the participation of the collaborator legal counsel. All members and executive of the company need to sign the papers, personal appearance in our office is necessery.

things you have to provide:

- Documents allowing the personal identification.

- We need a statement about the tenure of the marked real estate,which is adjusted by two witnesses. This should be signed by the owners and the beneficiary of the property labeled as headquarter or depot. The form for „Acquiescent statement” is available at our homepage in the dowloads-menu.

- Beside these the proprietary papers of the real estates is needed, which are not older than 30 days. Our office will get these, if we get the exact topographical number. This cost is included in our prices.

The company-establishing process is the following :

A consultation and data collection will be taken place in our office personally at an advanced agreed appointment.

After sending us the datasheet –or the data collection finished- our office prepares the neccessary papers as soon as possible (during some workdays), and gives an opportunity to sign them. In connection with this our colleague will apply to you through contacts given by you

We can forward the documents to the registry court just after the remittance of the company incorporation, which is 15.000 Ft (the charge of the change registration process can be different), and the official, electronic confirmation about the remittance arrive to us from the registry court. This will happen 2-3 days after the remittance automatically. The duty can be transfered by an order-sample, from any bank account.

Our agent would give to you this sample at latest at the subscription of the documents. There is a possibility to speed up the process, but only if you tell at the first phone call/meeting, that you would like to remit the duty in advance. In this case we send you the order-sample via e-mail before the subscription. So we can abbreviate the establishing process with 2-3 days.

When you give us the company datas, please pay attention that your personal datas are correct (your full name in your identity card, the floor and door number from your address). You can find the operative TEÁOR-codes (range of action’s list) below the Downloads menu. Please detail the codes to 4 digits. Pay attention, that you are liable to tell only the prime-activities, beside these you are authorized to carry on other activities, if you have all necessary licences and certificates from the authorities. Of course if you want, the other activities can be included in the deed of association, our price provides you to name max. 30 activities. Those activities, which are not included in the deed of association, should be announced only to the Excise Office (form no. 202/T), this is for free.

The court considers the recieved establishing requests within two workdays, and makes a decision. The certificate including the tax number, trade regsiter number, statistic number and the occurent corporate tax number will be send via e-mail by the court, and we will forward them to you promptly. Certainly int he near future the court is going to send the original, signed documents, which would we also give to you.

Cost of the foundation of Ltd., copartnership and limited company during simplified e-procedures:
Duty: 15,000.- Ft 
Charge of insertion: 0.- Ft
Wage: 42.000.- Ft (charges of advocates, procuration, samples of signatures, 1 piece of proprietary paper)
Total: 57,000.- Ft (VAT is included)
+ other authoritative, max. 30 days old proprietary paper from 4.000 Ft to 5.500,- Ft

The costs are increasing in the following cases:

- if we need to get other proprietary papers apart from the firm’s headquarter (4.000-5.000 Ft /proprietary paper)

- if the company want to register more than 30 range of actions (above 30 1,000 Ft / range of action)

Min. duty: 15.000.- Ft
Min. Charge of insertion: 3.000.- Ft
